Better than free bench,
Instructions suck to put together and it makes it easeir to use multiple people as item suggests. Also if you put some sort of oil or lubricant on the vertical bars that the bar slides along it works easier and you won’t worry about doing damage to yourself because without the lubricant the bar had to stay at perfect balance otherwise would stick and lurch once added lubricant works much better.
Like this item it has allowed me to increase weights above what doing on stand alone bench as there is no need for spotter.

|instructions and packing suck,
the directions a very hard to follow, and none of the piceas are marked. i spent most my time tring to figer out what pice was what. the hardware for the bench was busted open and i had to take time to find all the nuts and bolts at my local hard ware store.
